Undamaged WUUK products purchased through all authorized purchase platforms can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address and honor a money-back guarantee.
The refund process begins once the returned item arrives in WUUK's warehouse for inspections.
For non-quality related inquiries, such as Setup, Connectivity, Performance issues and questions, please directly contact the Customer Service team via all channels available.
Product Warranty Policy
- All WUUK products have a 1-year warranty on parts, including all battery-contained items, starting from the date of purchase.
- Buyer must provide sufficient and valid proof of purchase*
- Order number from WUUK's official and/or authorized distributors
- Invoice or receipt
- Confirmation of the original shipping address for the disbuted item
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
- Buyer may be required to remotely operate instructions provided by WUUK's Customer Service and/or provide required visuals including photos and/or videos to help decide the reason(s), scale and scope of defect.
- Buyer may be required to return the item for quality inspection. If the defect is confirmed as the brand's out-of-factory condition, WUUK will provide a full refund of the shipping fee. Otherwise, shipping costs must be covered by buyer.
- Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time-frame of the original purchased item or 3 months after being replaced.
- Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

- WUUK Customer Support will usually reply within 1 working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information and detailed instructions.
- Start the returning process.
- After the goods are received in our warehouse, WUUK will arrange a refund within 3 working days.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost, stolen or damaged products, parts or accessories (other than out-of-factory defections)
- Products on expired warranty
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Purchased through non-authorized channels
- Damage from misuse of products including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly
- Loss of data incurred from use of WUUK products
- Returning items that were not sold by WUUK
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For warranty claims not related to product quality, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- Returns may be rejected if the returned product fails to meet the requirements above
If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we can receive your returned item.
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by WUUK, we take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assures responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
Shipping Costs Covered by Buyer in the Following Situations:
- Returning products for any reason other than proven defections
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Buyer’s accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by WUUK quality control to be in working condition
- Returning defective items in international shipping
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, WUUK's Customer Service team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest you first to check with your bank or credit card company. Generally it takes some days before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and for more than 14 days you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
